We’ve been looking for something simple and delicious to go with the pressure cooker so this is the perfect recipe to make.
We like to serve this rice with some green onion, carrots and tomatoes, and a drizzle of olive oil and salt.
It’s a good way to keep the rice moist, warm and tasty.
Recipe notes To make this rice, use a pressure cooker with a pressure valve.
For the pressure valve, measure out 1 litre of water for every 1 litne of water you use for boiling water.
You can measure out the pressure and pressure relief pressure valve for pressure cooker models that come with an adjustable pressure valve or a pressure release valve.
To cook rice, add 2 tbsp of the rice to 1 tbsp of water and bring to a boil.
The rice should be cooked to the desired consistency.
Add 1 tbsp more water if it is too dry.
Turn off the heat and add a small amount of salt if necessary.
