The Slow Cooker Meal Recipe This Slow Cookers recipe uses canned pork tenderlle, slow cooker ribs and slow cooker beans to create a slow-cooking meal.
It can be served over a bed of rice or with a side of rice.
The recipe below uses two cans of slow cooker pork tenderlb, which is a type of white meat.
The meat can be made up to a day in advance.
1 pound slow cooker meat 1/2 lb slow cooker rib meat 1 cup of canned beans 2 cups of rice 1 can of white beans 1 teaspoon of salt 3 teaspoons of pepper 2 tablespoons of paprika 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne 1/8 teaspoon of chili powder 3/4 cup of shredded cheese 1/3 cup of chopped fresh parsley 1/6 teaspoon of papery salt 1/5 teaspoon of dried oregano 1/16 teaspoon of garlic powder 1 teaspoon chili powder salt and pepper to taste Instructions Put the meat in a slow cooker and cover with water.
Place the meat under a timer, for 10 minutes or until it reaches a certain temperature.
If it is not cooked when you open the lid, add the water.
Remove the meat from the slow cooker and place it on a cutting board or on a plate.
